This Privacy Policy explains how AmosGPT collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information. It is designed for Canadian privacy expectations, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) where applicable. It does not create rights beyond those required by law.
The Service is offered primarily for users in Canada. Quebec-specific French-language and privacy-governance requirements may apply if we expressly offer the Service in Quebec; until then, Quebec users should not assume full Quebec compliance. Users outside supported territories use the Service at their own risk.
AmosGPT is a product of Pastor Video Creator Inc., an Ontario corporation with its principal business address at 2150 Winston Park Drive Unit 203 #1603, Oakville, ON L6H 5V1. In this Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean that corporation. Amos is our Scripture Q&A assistant.

Complaints and access requests may be submitted through these channels. We will investigate and respond in accordance with applicable law. We do not publish a business telephone number; email and mail are the designated contact methods.
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:
Sensitive ministry data: The Service is not designed as a secure vault for confidential pastoral-counselling records, medical or financial information, government identifiers, or children’s personal information. Do not upload those categories unless the Service expressly supports them and you have all required authority and consent. See our Terms of Service.
We use personal information to:
We do not sell your personal information.
To answer questions, your prompt and retrieved verse context may be sent to our systems and to subprocessors that provide AI inference (currently including Groq). That processing is performed to operate the Service for you (including quality, safety, and abuse monitoring).
As configured with our providers and subject to their written terms, we do not use Customer Content to train third-party foundation models, and we do not sell Customer Content for advertising or model-training markets. Transient inference, caching needed to deliver a job, abuse/security review, and similar operational processing may still occur.
We use service providers who process data on our behalf. Material subprocessors currently include:
They receive only what is reasonably necessary. Material changes to this list will be reflected in updates to this Policy (and, where relevant, the Cookie Policy).
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. In summary:
Your preference is stored in the amos_cookie_consent cookie for about 180 days.
Account deletion: While logged in, open the conversations rail and choose Delete account. This permanently deletes your user record, conversations, and messages from active systems. Store subscriptions must still be cancelled in Apple / Google / Stripe settings. You may also email the Privacy Officer (subject “Delete Account”).
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Where required by law, we will notify affected individuals and applicable regulators of breaches that create a real risk of significant harm.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact the Privacy Officer above. You may also complain to a privacy regulator (for example, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada).
We distinguish transactional / service messages from promotional / marketing messages. We send commercial electronic messages for marketing only with consent required by Canada’s anti-spam legislation (CASL) or another applicable exception.
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We and our processors may process and store information in Canada, the United States, and other countries where providers operate. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we take steps designed to protect it consistently with this Policy and applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our practices. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If a change materially expands how we collect, use, or disclose personal information, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required.
Privacy questions, access requests, and complaints: [email protected] (subject “Privacy”), or the Privacy Officer mailing address above.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Pastor Video Creator Inc., an Ontario corporation with its principal business address at 2150 Winston Park Drive Unit 203 #1603, Oakville, ON L6H 5V1 (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating the AmosGPT websites, applications, and related services (the “Service”), including the Amos Scripture assistant. Legal notices must be sent to 2150 Winston Park Drive Unit 203 #1603, Oakville, ON L6H 5V1 (and may also be emailed to [email protected]).
You agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy when you create an account, sign up, check an acceptance box, purchase a subscription, or otherwise expressly accept them (including clicking “I agree” or a similar control). Electronic acceptance is valid. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract and at least the age of majority in your province or territory (and in any event at least 16). You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.
AmosGPT provides AI-assisted Scripture study answers with citations (World English Bible / configured index). Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change. Unless you purchase a separate written service-level commitment, we do not promise any particular uptime, latency, or support response time. Beta, preview, or experimental features may be incomplete, change, or be withdrawn without liability, and are provided AS IS.
The Service is offered primarily for users in Canada. We do not currently represent that the Service fully satisfies Quebec-specific French-language or privacy-governance requirements unless we expressly enable Quebec availability. Use outside supported territories is at your own risk.
Outputs from Amos (answers, summaries, explanations, and suggested citations) are produced using probabilistic AI and automated systems. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, theologically imprecise, culturally inappropriate, non-unique, or otherwise unsuitable.
You must review all outputs before relying on them for teaching, counselling, publishing, or personal decisions. Outputs are not pastoral, theological, counseling, medical, legal, or other professional advice. Citations should be verified in a trusted Bible text. You alone are responsible for editorial, pastoral, and publishing decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume the risk of using and publishing AI outputs and release us from claims arising from the content of outputs or your reliance on them, except to the extent liability cannot legally be limited.
You retain ownership of content you submit (“Customer Content”), subject to third-party rights. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Customer Content solely as needed to provide, secure, and support the Service (including sending content to AI subprocessors).
Sensitive information: You must not upload confidential pastoral-counselling records, medical or financial information, government identifiers, children’s personal information, or other highly sensitive personal information.
Bible or scripture text made available in the Service is limited to public-domain or otherwise permitted editions as we configure (including the World English Bible). If you paste or upload scripture or other text yourself, you are responsible for having the rights to use that text.
Consistent with our Privacy Policy, and as configured with our providers under their written terms, we do not use Customer Content to train third-party foundation models. Operational processing required to generate your outputs and to operate, secure, and monitor the Service is permitted.
Before you complete a purchase, checkout will show (as applicable) amount, currency, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules, with links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Taxes: Prices are displayed and charged as shown at checkout. We do not currently collect GST/HST or other sales taxes at checkout. If law later requires us to collect tax, we will update checkout and these Terms.
Refunds, if any, follow the Refund Policy and as otherwise required by applicable law.
Order of precedence: (1) the checkout / order confirmation for that purchase; (2) these Terms; (3) the Privacy Policy; (4) the Refund Policy.
You may not use the Service to:
The Service may integrate with third-party products (payment processors, hosting, AI providers, app stores, etc.). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice to [email protected] (subject “IP Complaint”) with your contact information, a description of the work and the allegedly infringing material, and a good-faith statement.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account from the in-app control; deletion removes your product content from our active systems as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if needed to protect the Service or others.
THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF AI OUTPUTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, AND SUBPROCESSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY — INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM AI OUTPUTS OR RELIANCE ON GENERATED CONTENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE FIRST CLAIM. IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO CAD $50.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising out of or related to: (a) your Customer Content; (b) your use or misuse of the Service or outputs; (c) your publishing or pastoral decisions; (d) your breach of these Terms; or (e) your violation of law or third-party rights.
Before commencing a formal proceeding, a party must provide written notice describing the dispute and allow 30 days for good-faith informal resolution.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived, you agree that the courts of Ontario, Canada, have exclusive jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you must bring any claim within twelve (12) months after the claim accrues.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and checkout/order terms, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.

This Refund Policy applies to Pastor Video Creator Inc. (“AmosGPT”) subscriptions and related purchases. It is part of our commercial terms together with the Terms of Service. If applicable law requires a remedy beyond this policy, we will honour that law.
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period except where required by law or where we determine a service failure was our fault.
Subscriptions purchased in the iOS or Android apps are billed by Apple or Google. Cancellations and refunds for those purchases are handled under Apple’s or Google’s policies and tools. Use Restore purchases in the Amos app if your entitlement did not sync. Contact the store first for billing disputes on IAP charges; we can help verify account entitlement at [email protected] (subject “Refund”).
If you were charged in error on the website (duplicate charge, failed checkout that still billed, or a clear billing system error), contact support promptly. We will investigate and refund erroneous Stripe charges.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue. Chargebacks for work already delivered may result in account suspension and collection of amounts owed, as described in the Terms of Service.
Email [email protected] from the email on your account with your order number, the date of purchase, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within the timelines of our payment processor.

AmosGPT is a Scripture Q&A product of Pastor Video Creator Inc.. Meet Amos — an AI assistant that helps you explore the Bible with clear, cited answers.
We keep Scripture at the centre: answers are paired with World English Bible citations you can verify. Amos is a study tool, not a pastor, counsellor, or doctrinal authority. You remain responsible for discernment and for checking the text.
AmosGPT is operated by the same Ontario company behind PastorVideoCreator (ministry video tools). They are sister products under Pastor Video Creator Inc.; each has its own service surface and subprocessors as listed in that product’s Privacy Policy.
Our aim is simple: put clear, cited Scripture help in more hands — start free, upgrade when you need higher daily limits.
